FAB CHICKS: Halle Berry & Queen Latifah HONORED At VARIETY'S 4th Annual Power Of Women Event

Halle Berry and Queen Latifah were among the honorees celebrated at Variety's 4th Annual Power Of Women Event in LA last night. See the fab photos inside....

With her hot fiance Olivier Martinez on her arm, and her huge emerald engagement ring on her finger, Halle Berry attended Variety's 4th Annual Power Of Women Event at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel in LA last night. The event celebrated women who are doing extraordinary work in their communities.

Halle was honored, in her fitted black dress, for her work with The Jenesse Center which promotes awareness about domestic abuse.

Halle looked gorge in a Roland Mouret dress.

During the evening, she reflected on a conversation she had with the Jenesse Center president saying, "I know I have to be here right now because I've been arrested...but I will never leave this place. I will take this very embarrassing negative in my life and I will turn it into a positive. Because I know that's why this happened to me...what I realized is that it was God's way, it was the universe's way of telling me, 'You're not doing enough.'"

Halle posed with fellow actresses Jessica Biel and Jennifer Garner.

She also posed with Noah's Arc actress Jennia Fredrique.

And Jennia took a pic with music sensation Justin Timberlake (his fiancee Jessica Biel was honored).

Steel Magnolias producer Queen Latifah was honored for her work with the Lancelot H. Owens Scholarship Foundation (founded in memory of her brother).

She also got good news that a judge has denied the lawsuit seeking to stop Steel Magnolias from airing.

Later, Queen Latifah posed with Warner Bros. President of Worldwide Marketing Sue Kroll, Jessica Biel, Felicity Huffman, Katherine Heigl and Maria Menounos.
